Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet customers, vendors, and visitors.
• Take concrete orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Responsible for payroll, billing, payment processing, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain organized customer files and office records.
• Oversee accurate tax records and ensure timely filings.
• Assist with trucking logs, driver paperwork, and daily records.

Qualifications

• Previous office, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in ready-mix concrete, construction, trucking, or transportation is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
